We developed, market and manage a platform (“Platform”) called Fragmos Chain which provides services (“Services”) for managing financial products with the support of Blockchain technology. By using or accessing Fragmos Chains’ Platform and/or navigate in Fragmos Chain’s Website, you acknowledge that you accept our practices as detailed in this Policy. Personal Data might be communicated to recipients outside European Union (EU) who are not offering an equivalent level of protection to GDPR principles. In this context, Personal Data processing are relevant to GDPR principles and European Data Protection Board (EDPB) guidelines thanks to Standard contractual clauses implementation.

We took reasonable precautions and putted in place appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data from loss and unauthorized access, misuse, alteration or disclosure. In addition, we limit access to your Personal Data to employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business reason to know.
